Our native cardioprotective peptide, AV-4000, is a GPCR agonist with demonstrated animal and human efficacy. AV-4000 utilizes proprietary nanotechnology for extended and sustained release, with increased bioavailability and targeted delivery. Target indications include heart failure, post-myocardial infarction, and diabetic complications.
